- To send order confirmations, OTPs for secure login, delivery updates, and support messages via SMS or WhatsApp.
- To send app push notifications for order status changes, support-ticket replies, and occasional promotional offers (only while you are signed in).
- To manage payments and process refunds where needed.
- To maintain app security, prevent fraudulent orders, and improve our services.
3. Sharing Your Information
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share what's necessary to make delivery possible:
- Delivery partners/riders: see your name, phone number, and delivery address to bring your groceries to your door.

- Access & correction: review or update your profile and saved addresses anytime in the app settings.
- Location permissions: turn off location access via your device settings at any time — you can still enter your Pichhore address manually.
- Notification permissions: deny notification permission in your device settings (or simply sign out) to stop push alerts at any time.
- Account deletion: request removal of your account and personal data by contacting us directly.
